FreeSwap Promo Terms:

1. The FreeSwap program runs on an ongoing basis as part of WeGolden's Loyalty Program, with no fixed end date.

2. Swap-Free Accounts are provided to clients at the Company's sole discretion as part of its loyalty program.

3. The client's profile must be fully verified (KYC-compliant) before a Swap-Free Account can be granted.

4. The program is available only to WeGolden clients holding the following account types:
- MT5 ECN
- MT5 Standard

5. The FreeSwap duration is determined by the client's qualifying deposit amount:
To convert Bonus into balance (via Email/LiveChat request):
- USD 1,000 = 1 Month
- USD 2,000 = 3 Months
- USD 5,000 = 6 Months
- USD 10,000 = 1 Year
- USD 30,000 = Lifetime (Permanent Access)
For example:
If a client deposits USD 5,000, FreeSwap will remain active on their account for 6 months from the date of activation. -
6. Clients from Turkey, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan will automatically receive FreeSwap on Forex, Metals and Oils after opening an eligible trading account. No support request is required.

7. For cumulative deposits, each individual transaction must be at least USD 300 to count toward the qualifying tier amount.

8. Swaps will not be charged only after the account has been officially switched to the "Swap-Free Account" category. Positions opened before the switch are not covered retroactively.

9. FreeSwap covers the following instruments: all Forex pairs, Indices, Metals, and Energy CFDs. CFD on Stocks is not covered — standard swap charges continue to apply.

10. The Company has the right to consider the following cases as violations:
- Use of arbitrage or Carry Trade strategies;
- Holding positions open overnight specifically to avoid triple swap day;
- Holding the following instruments for more than 5 days : USDCAD, JPY crosses, XAGUSD, XAUUSD, WTI, BRN, minor cross-rates, or exotic pairs;
- Split positions designed to evade negative swap charges;
- Any scheme aimed at generating guaranteed profit from swap-free status.

11. In case of violations, the Company has the right to transfer the client's account(s) back to standard swap accounts and charge swap fees retroactively, without prior notice.

12. FreeSwap is granted solely at the Company's discretion. The Company may terminate the service for any client at any time and resume charging swaps.

WeGolden reserves the right to disqualify a participant or revoke FreeSwap status without prior notice in cases including, but not limited to:

WeGolden reserves the right to disqualify a participant or revoke FreeSwap status without prior notice in cases including, but not limited to:
- Failure to comply with the terms of the Client Agreement;
- Registration of multiple client profiles by the same individual;
- Opening large opposing positions on the same instrument across multiple accounts;
- Any evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or manipulative activity aimed at exploiting swap-free status.

General Provisions
WeGolden reserves the right to amend or terminate the terms of this program at any time without prior notice.
Activation of FreeSwap constitutes the client's acknowledgment and acceptance of all applicable terms and conditions.

These program conditions will be considered as accepted by the client from the moment of activating FreeSwap on their account.
