Terms & Conditions

  1. 1. The WeGolden Welcome IB Bonus Program is a one-time performance-based reward for eligible Introducing Brokers. The reward value is USD 3,000, credited to the IB's WeGolden Wallet upon successful qualification and completion of the Holding Period.

  2. 2. The Program is open to new and existing WeGolden Introducing Brokers. It is not available to WeGolden employees, their direct family members, or IBs with a history of suspension, ongoing disputes, or other restricted categories per WeGolden's internal policy.

  3. 3. To participate, IBs must be a registered WeGolden Introducing Broker, have completed KYC and compliance verification, be at least 18 years of age, and provide accurate and verifiable information.

  4. 4. The Program is evaluated on a rolling daily basis. The Qualifying Window is the most recent 3 calendar months, recalculated daily. All three conditions — IB Tree Net Deposit ≥ USD 88,000, 2 consecutive months with positive Net Deposit, and ≥ 20 Qualified Clients — must be satisfied simultaneously.

  5. A Qualified Client must satisfy all four criteria: KYC Level 1 (ID + Address + Selfie); Net Deposit > USD 250; traded ≥ 1 Standard Lot Equivalent (closed positions with ≥ 3 pip movement only); and the Account Move Rule — no prior deposit under a previous IB code.

  6. 6. Upon qualification, a 60-day Holding Period begins. The reward will not be credited if IB Tree Net Deposit drops by more than 50%, fraud or abuse is detected, the IB Agreement is terminated or suspended, or any other justified reason at WeGolden's sole discretion.

  7. 7. Qualified rewards will be credited to the IB's WeGolden Wallet within 7 business days after the Holding Period. The reward is fully withdrawable via any method in the IB Portal. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternative benefits.

  8. 8. WeGolden reserves the right to disqualify any IB if activity is deemed abusive, manipulative, or conducted in bad faith — including fake accounts, coordinated deposits, shared IP/device usage, or accounts belonging to the IB. Any rewards granted under such circumstances may be withheld or revoked.

  9. 9. IBs may be required to complete additional compliance and verification checks. Failure to meet compliance requirements may result in reward cancellation.

  10. 10. Participation does not guarantee reward entitlement. WeGolden reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at its sole discretion without prior notice. These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English and shall prevail in case of inconsistency.
